"NEW" kind of Speckle Park

This is a photo of a 1 day old hfr raised by Hiller Show Cattle at Leduc, Alberta. The calf is sired by I am Legend and out of a purebred Specle Park cow. This is to my knowledge the first known club calf out of that breed of cow and it looks to be an exciting prospect! The Speckle Park breed was developed in Saskatchewan, Canada just a short number of years ago and has been gaining momentum ever since. Hopefully more breeders see the advantage of using some club calf genetics in that breed the offspring are one of a kind for color!
